The chef cooks fresh quality products, preferably local: foie gras in two ways, cod ceviche, red mullet filet with crayfish sauce, homemade ratatouille or a tournedos of beef Rossini style. Beautiful pieces of meat of exception. Unavoidable house specialty: frogs with parsley served with home-made fries or mashed potatoes. Homemade desserts in the same spirit and excellent wine list.
