Richard Jouannet, from a family of bakers from father to son for seven generations and passionate about his profession, renowned for his know-how, makes exceptional breads and pastries and also works for restaurants. You will fall in love with his famous Pain de Meule, made from wheat flour crushed by the millstone. Kneaded slowly, it is placed in wicker baskets as in the past, which preserves its aromas and its traditional taste. As for the pastries, besides the traditional ones, you will discover another speciality: the Bresse brioche. The bakery also offers a wide range of savory products.
