A friendly, chic bistro specializing in fine butcher's cuts with home fries and salad. Every day, the chef and his team prepare a variety of traditional dishes, using market produce. The menu changes with the seasons. Treat yourself to Salers entrecôte, kidneys or onglet, all of which are house favorites. Vol-au-vent sweetbreads with morel mushroom sauce. For dessert, chocolate mousse with hazelnut praline coulis and cocoa tuile. You'll also find exceptional spirits, including house-arranged rum and a selection of beers.
