Rom ok, clean and comfortable bed. Service is ok except the manager that was quite impatient. Luckily the girl at the front desk was very professional and helpful, actually she should be managing the hotel, she has good manners towards the guests The 5 stars above is for her only. The location is good in the center of Yvoire, however the parking garage is far away...

Chambre avec vue sur le lac réservée mais pas de vue car un arbre devant la fenêtre de plus la chambre n’a pas été faite car d’après eux elles ne sont faites que de 15h à 17 h alors que nous avons vu des employées tout le matin qui faisaient les chambres et comme nous avons occupés la chambre de 15 h à 17 h chambre non faite ???
Au tarif de 200 € la nuit c’est un peu inadmissible.
Nous avons consommé 2 bouteilles d’eau plate, ils auraient au moins pu nous les offrir vu les désagréments mais non nous avons dû payer 8 €
