For more than a century and four generations of Jacquier-Durand, people have stopped at Le Vieux Logis, in the middle of the ramparts of Yvoire's Old Town, to enjoy fresh and wild fish - exclusively - from the lake with a specialty of a whole arctic char with mushroom butter, wild salmon trout from Léman and filets of féra and perches of the lake, but you can still enjoy perfectly accommodated meat and a hunt served elegantly - wild boar terrine with green pepper, deer steak with pepper sauce, hare à la Royale. Great names of this world go there with friends. The atmosphere is at least as convivial as the charming setting and you sing there with the tour of dinner concerts one Friday evening a month - not to miss! The rooms offer an interior mixing tradition and modern comfort and some open the doors onto a unique panorama of the surrounding areas.
