Open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm; Sundays, 9:30am to 12:30pm and 2:30pm to 7pm. Guided tour of the cellar on Saturdays from April to October, by reservation at the Thônes tourist office. Refiner of: reblochon fermier AOP, chevrotin AOP, tomme de Savoie fermière, abondance AOP, beaufort. Producer of raclette de Savoie and Roche de Thônes. Part of the Itinéraires des Fromages de Savoie network.
