We had gone to please before us via ferrata village but you would have better done to go to the pizzeria next door! We took the menu with desserts at will... er, industrial desserts which dried from the morning in their cooled window...therefore bad pickaxe!
STAY HOTEL December 30th and 31st, 2011 I have just read the opinion of sly little minx, and there I think that was not to be in the same hotel, or the passage dates from 1970.1980 years! Deplorable Welcome, horrible room with a very bad bedding, shower still with a curtain (also very pretty), so not very practical, very noisy room, we thought that one divided a room with our neighbours, plus the noise of bar PMU, dinner December 31st A my opinion you do not take the 2 in the same or then separates Breakfast deplorable, with at least a 2 day brioche. and the beginning, no bill ......... TO AVOID ANY STAR ABSOLUTELY
Excellent meal! The buffet starters is impressive in its diversity, especially in the presentation. The young girl with the service is really pleasant with all guests.
It is true that the brasserie and does not seem longer a brasserie is at the table. Therefore let us talk about restaurant to match. Pleasant stay, as much exotic that gourmet. This summer.

Excellent cuisine in a place that does not look mines. The chef is young, which promises a bright future. (25 years)! Its creativity provides the last style and its personality traditional regional dishes around an innovative, inventive and excellent cuisine. The buffets of appetisers and desserts are well presented, and excellent. As for the price, they are outside the prices that the restaurateurs mountain apply! We dined in the Conservatory, which gives us a direct view on the village square. It was very pleasant. Friendly service, charming and smiling, despite the crowds.

Finally, which we liked is the very large availability of all the team, throughout the day. You could eat at any time, which corresponds to the organisations of holidays.
