ESAT stands for Établissement et Service d'Aide par le Travail. ESAT Le Parmelan, which opened over 50 years ago, is dedicated to integrating adults with disabilities into the world of work. A total of 193 workers are taken on to carry out work of varying degrees of complexity in a wide range of fields: maintenance of green spaces, laundry, cleaning of premises, paper waste management, central kitchen, manufacture and assembly of electrical equipment, manufacture and assembly of mechanical assemblies, packaging, packing, storage and order preparation. Adults also have the opportunity to realize their full potential through leisure activities.
