ESAT, it means Establishment and Work Assistance Service. ESAT Le Parmelan is working in its three centres to integrate mentally disabled adults into the world of work. Nearly 200 people are cared for by about fifty supervisors to carry out more or less complex work. With companies such as Mobalpa, Tefal and the city of Seynod (Espaces verts) as reference customers, this association has been well established in its environment for over 30 years. And if adults are there to do a job that is right for them, they are also there to achieve their full potential by also practising leisure activities.
