The mission of PLS-ADIL 74 (for social housing, the government housing information association of Haute-Savoie) is the mission of the PLS-ADIL (for social housing). Under no circumstances does the association replace the person to make representations, but it provides advice in the legal, financial and fiscal field. 70% of the applications made relate to a rental aspect. Thus, 13 000 consultations per year are conducted in Haute-Savoie, in the department's 12 hotlines.
