Nous avons mangés a 2 reprises à la brasserie pendant notre sejour. Le personnel est très agréable, nous avons très bien mangé. Seul bémol quand il y a du monde l'attente est un peu longue.

Nous avons teste le brunch. L’amabilité est en option. Accueil froid et désagréable. Très peu d’options végétariennes. 59 euros pour ça, ça fait mal !

Très déçue du brunch de ce dimanche. Entrées très communes, les plats de viandes, poissons insipides et servis tièdes. Pour 69 €/ pers hors vins, le rapport qualité prix est exorbitant.

I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast, and while the overall taste of the dishes was good, I found several areas where improvements could be made. The establishment offers an open buffet along with the option to order à la carte. I tried the eggs on an English muffin and was a bit surprised by the portion size—it was quite small. The open buffet options, however, were satisfactory.

I also enjoyed the fruit and cheese selection, which was very nicely presented, though I left feeling only partially satisfied. Reservations are required, and while our table was reserved, we were placed in the middle of the dining area. Personally, I would have preferred a table with a better view. I made my reservation three days in advance, so I’m not sure how fully booked the restaurant typically is.

In addition, I noticed that the service was extremely slow during my visit. While the ambiance and the overall palace-like setting are pleasant, I believe that more attention to both the menu presentation and service efficiency would elevate the dining experience.

Overall, this restaurant offers a decent breakfast experience, but there is room for improvement in portion sizes, presentation, and service speed.
