The restaurant service was atrocious. Food was strange. No sauce, an oddly huge amount of potatoes. We were asked by 3 different servers if we were ready to order. Once food and drinks arrived we were never asked if we were satisfied, only if we were finished. Needless to say, if we had been asked at least they would have had a chance to improve.

The gym was also oddly overcrowded. Not planned well at all.

The poker room is comfortable. However on a Friday night, only one Texas Holden table was on and that too had on average 6 people. Only for an hour or so, we played 9 way. No fault of the casino tho.

En vacances a Annecy , jai apprécié le lieu . Un staff attentif et réactif. Mention special pour l'agent de sécurité a l'entrée ( le jeune homme métisse) qui est vraiment trés professionnel et d'une courtoisie sans égal.

Le casino est très joli de l'extérieur, mais à l'intérieur tout est vétuste. La fréquentation est essentiellement des personnes très âgées collées aux machines à sous.
Le restaurant est "dans son jus" lui aussi, mais le personnel, comme à l'accueil, est vraiment très (trop) relax, pas du tout au niveau du standing de l'établissement, cela donne une image très étrange.
Autre bizarrerie : le menu du restaurant est incompréhensible, nous n'avons rien compris ni à la commande, ni lorsque nous avons payé...
Expérience très oubliable.
