Beautiful on the outside, not so much on the inside. I exchanged €100 to play blackjack, the table was empty, and when I asked to sit down and play, the staff told me "minimum bet €20". I replied "that's fine" (even though I had been told €5 at the cashier). Their response: "no blackjack tonight". I exchanged my €100 back into cash and left. Very unprofessional.
