Très bon séjour dans ce bel hôtel. Emplacement parfait au centre d'Annecy. Près de la vieille ville, du lac et des rues commerçantes. Les chambres sont très belles, décorées avec goût comme l'ensemble de l'hôtel et très propre. Un parking sécurisé. Un petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet juste parfait pour démarrer la journée. Personnel très accueillants. Nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Annecy ! Je recommande +++++

Nous avons séjourné deux jours dans cet hôtel. Très bon accueil avec beaucoup de gentillesse, hôtel très bien placé pour se balader à Annecy à pied (également proche gare), chambre très confortable et bien entretenue. Petit-déjeuner de type buffet très complet. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Expérience hôtelière exécrable, agent d'accueil impolie... Chambre convenable et petit-déjeuner... Immonde... Si c'est pour manger des choses de mauvaises qualités... Bref, dommage.
