It's a rare occurrence in our Annecy guide that this article features not a restaurant, but a chef: Laurent Jeannot. Indeed, after 17 years at the helm of the magnificent Auberge de Savoie (under renovation at the time of writing), a gastronomic landmark on an emblematic square at the entrance to the old town, Laurent and Sandra Jeannot set off in search of new flavors and new gourmet adventures. Laurent Jeannot has never ceased to amaze us, and we can't wait to meet him again at his new address.

Très bonne table un ceviche de saint Jacques à tomber un poisson du jour cabillaud sauce agrume grenade accompagné de tempura de champignons un délice et pour finir une poire chocolat toute en finesse et peu sucrée un régal. Un restaurant à faire sur Annecy situé face au palais de l'isle.. Le service est impeccable. Pour ma part je trouve un bon rapport qualité prix. Je revîendrai avec plaisir.

Le service et la nourriture ne sont pas à la hauteur de leurs prétentions. Il reste encore beaucoup de chemin. Note pour le serveur : ne pas demander "qui a pris le poisson", mais plutôt qui a pris la lotte. Ce n'est pas un lieu type "routier"
