It's a rare occurrence in our Annecy guide that this article features not a restaurant, but a chef: Laurent Jeannot. Indeed, after 17 years at the helm of the magnificent Auberge de Savoie (under renovation at the time of writing), a gastronomic landmark on an emblematic square at the entrance to the old town, Laurent and Sandra Jeannot set off in search of new flavors and new gourmet adventures. Laurent Jeannot has never ceased to amaze us, and we can't wait to meet him again at his new address.

Repas très bon mais un bémol pour la poire pochée. Pas assez de poire avec une mousse au chocolat noir ça serait nettement mieux. Le prix des accompagnements de l'apéritif un peu exagéré

Great restaurant in the heart of Annecy. The service was excellent - the maitre d’ was extremely nice and helpful. The food is complex and flavorful, the fish melting in your mouth. The ambiance was lacking… some more decor and music would be a nice touch.
