A good address offering a seasonal cuisine full of surprises.
The best proof that good addresses are not necessarily the easiest to find. Leave the old town through the Porte du Sépulcre and discover that Annecy is not limited to areas overcrowded with visitors by crossing Avenue Boschetti to enter Le Denti. A gourmet restaurant with Virginia in a contemporary dining room, and Stéphane Danjoux, chef inspired by seafood (denti, a cousin of sea bream, is a Mediterranean fish), who delights us with every service. The menu is constantly reinvented, with grilled mackerel, fennel and gribiche, for example, followed by local hake or French rabbit. Natural wines. To discover.

A restaurant to be discovered absolutely. A little away from the old town and its tourist traps, you can taste a refined and inventive cuisine. The welcome is very pleasant and very reasonable bill.
