Far from the tourist hustle and bustle, neo-bistros and other concepts, Chez Firmin has always played the sincerity card. Here, we do what we know how to do (well), not for show, but for human contact. Chez Firmin owes part of its charm to rock'n'roll lover Jean-Pierre Hudry. Behind the crocheted curtains, you can sit back and enjoy simple, tasty home cooking: linguine with smoked trout, tartiflette salad, andouillette and home-made dessert. Simply good and comforting.
