Incandescent like the embers of this restaurant where meats are cooked over the coals or on the spit. L'Incandescent is Marie and Greg's rotisserie in the faubourg Sainte-Claire. On the menu, quality meats cooked on the spit: Franche-Comté rack of pork, suckling pig, free-range chicken casserole with corn, whole or braised sea bream, house burger, ribs of pork, parmentier de cochon confit, Simmental entrecôte, filet de boeuf de Savoie, rib of beef? All very good products cooked with taste by a chef who creates delicious sauces. Scoundrel cuisine with generous portions to share or not, in a friendly atmosphere. Excellent.

Après une escapade glaciale au marché de Noël, rien de tel qu un bon repas pour se réchauffer . Une cassolette de cèpes avec un œuf mollet, le tout dans une sauce merveilleuse ; une souris d agneau accompagné d amandes croquantes craquante. Un moment merveilleux .
