A Bouillon happily cultivated by the excellent Mathieu Chauvin for 9 years. A Bouillon 2.0 that expanded last year to better welcome us in a delightful setting. A Bouillon as comforting as the cuisine of a chef who offers gourmet, creative bistronomy based on local produce in tune with the seasons. A short menu, a guarantee of freshness and quality, with a very successful 100% plant-based dish, a meat dish and a fish dish. Beautiful dishes to match with a selection of wines in the same spirit of sharing and conviviality.

Voilà ce qui est un vrai restaurant où il y a une vraie cuisine maison, de vrais légumes qui sont épluchés, et des saveurs qui sont travaillées ! Cuisson parfaite, légumes croquants, et des saveurs en bouche, pour une addition qui nous fait inscrire définitivement cette petite adresse annecienne dans mon répertoire des adresses à refaire ! Le futé a raison !

Une très bonne adresse je confirme. nous avons testé ce nouveau restaurant un midi, et c'est comme dit le guide. le service est discret mais très sympathique. le restaurant tout en longueur, petite décoration. Les adresses sont de vrais chefd'oeuvre dans la présentation et dans le gout.
