What's so clandestine about this canteen? That the project was born during the confinement, in a confidential manner, and that it is located a little off the beaten track in the old town, yet just outside the faubourg Sainte-Claire. It's worth stepping off the cobblestones to discover this coffee-shop/canteen, which has understood everything we want, offering us "simple, local and generous" cuisine (we're buying!). It's a warm and welcoming place where you can enjoy savoury and sweet dishes all day long. Two Annécians, Julia and Lola, spoil us with delicious recipes for brunch, lunch and snacks. A real gourmet discovery.
