For the pizze, homemade dough made with Italian flour rises slowly for 50 hours to develop aromas and flavors, before being baked over a wood fire to give it that special flavor. Les pizzas sont délicieuses, sous toutes leurs formes. La cuisson au feu de bois rajoute un goût particulier. Le personnel est sympathique et agréable, très bonne adresse.

Les pizzas sont excellentes, pâte parfaite, gout au palais nickel, garnitures de qualité, et personnel super cool. Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait ce restaurant car je ne vais pas souvent dans le quartier. Les indications du futé sont bonnes !
