For the pizze, homemade dough made with Italian flour rises slowly for 50 hours to develop aromas and flavors, before being baked over a wood fire to give it that special flavor. Aucunes fausses notes : accueil parfait, service très à l'écoute, pizzas au feu de bois délicieuse, ingrédients de qualité copieux, pate excellente, au final, ce fut une bonne idée de s'éloigner de la vieille ville, car les petites petites ne sont pas toujours dans les endroits les plus fréquentés.

Merveilleuse soirée
Les pizzas, un vrai régal. La pâte, au top, et le chef très sympathique avec de bons échanges. On a passé une belle soirée, gourmande à souhait, et les prix sont très corrects. Au final, on reviendra, car je ne connaissais pas, et tout le monde a pris du plaisir !
