Crossfit is a complete and demanding sport. At this entrance to Annecy, a 320 m2 "box" - that's what we call the crossfit rooms - to put more than just a finger in a Gear that will make you stronger, more resistant, more enduring and above all good for your body and mind. It's exhausting, but that's the goal, and you come out washed out from always different sessions - more than 43 classes a week - done with one coach and no more than 12 people. A strong trend at the moment which, in our opinion, is aimed at seasoned athletes or demanding beginners. Air-conditioned room and reception area with bar and snack bar.
