A dozen kilometers from Evian, a farmer-producer whose products include Abondance cheese, as well as tomme, raclette, Gruyère de Savoie, sérac and the crottin de Gavot, invented here. Contrary to its name, this is a particularly creamy cow's milk cheese. On your own or on a guided tour, you can watch the cheese being made (in the morning) and milked (in the late afternoon). Le fromage est vraiment tres bon, mais pour un week-end de pâques il aurait fallu avoir une personne supplémentaire pour servir car l attente était vraiment trop longue plus d une heure.
