Between Mieussy and Taninges, take the narrow road along the Giffre to discover an original farm, l'Escargotière d'Arno. Arnaud Deransy has an unusual herd of horned animals: snails! You can visit the farm in summer (book at the tourist office), and above all taste and buy delicious products made with the famous snails in the on-site workshop. Escargots "à la bourguignonne" in shell or cRoquille, flavored Apéri'croq and Escapéro, not forgetting Escargotine for spreading on toast.

Welcome to the farm. Farm sales by reservation. Visits to the farm (summer, book with the tourist office). Products available all year round from the "Proxi" store, opposite the town hall in MIEUSSY. Une visite improvisée, réservée le matin même via l'office de tourisme, qui s'est révélé être une très belle surprise ! Arno est un passionné qui aime à transmettre, autant aux enfants qu'au adultes, l'amour de son métier ! En primes, de très bons produits, cosmétiques ou comestibles, à la fin de la visite! Les enfants de 4, 6 et 8 ans ont adoré, et nous aussi !

Visite très intéressante, on apprend plein de choses sur les escargots ! Arnaud explique très bien, c'est adapté aussi bien aux enfants qu'aux adultes. Dégustation conviviale à la fin, excellents produits, traditionnels ou innovants, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Accueil prévenant pour une personne à mobilité réduite ????
