Too unprofessional concierge. When I got lost in the forest due to the closed ski lifts, the concierge did not answer for a long time about the transfer to the hotel. The staff forgets to add shower gels, the quality of room service dishes does not corresponds the level of 5 stars, constant room service delays. Employee Clément misleads guests to sell expensive apartments. . When I went to the ski room the first time to go skiing, they said they didn't know where my ski stuff! Every day the staff apologizes for mistakes and gives unnecessary gifts, but it gets boring! Overpriced, unprofessional service! The first time we decided to rest in the Four Seasons, we heard a lot about the exquisite service, but this hotel is a mistake!

Endroit luxueux composé de 3 chalets avec des chambres... service en chambre....spa...salle fitness....voiturier... petit déjeuner et repas en chambre possible.... Tout est mis en œuvre pour satisfaire le client de tout ses désirs.
