Nous adorons cet hôtel et nous y rendons depuis des années.
Le personnel est toujours au petit soin et le service exceptionnel.
Les suites sont grandes et décorées avec goût.
Le petit tour en calèche est un petit plaisir que les enfants adorent.
Le père Noël était également présent avec un petit cadeau personnalisé pour chaque enfant présent.
Nous y retournerons l’année prochaine avec toujours le même plaisir.

Stayed here last Mar 23 and headed back the end of Feb 24. Best..you get what you pay for and we paid for the Royal suite which has its own entrance. Excellent room service and the Spa is *****????

Les suites sont très petites et peu lumineuses et les finitions ne sont pas soignées pour un hôtel de ce standing. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambres mais pas d'amélioration dans la deuxième. Les suites sont à peine digne d'une chambre supérieur dans un mauvais 4 étoiles (sans exagération). En changeant de chambre le personnel nous a perdu un maillot de bain et nous n'avons obtenu ni excuse, ni dédommagement.
Le personnel a une fâcheuse tendance à vous prendre de haut et à mentir. L’accueil est malaisant, on vous impose un cocktail de bienvenu en vous demandant d'attendre sans explication ni raison apparente car la réceptionniste continu de renseigner d'autres clients...

This Hotel has appalling customer service. Be very careful when booking here my wife cancelled a reservation on the phone and is now out of pocket many thousands of dollars. The Hotel fails to acknowledge their own mistakes in processing this cancellation.

Ótimo hotel 5* próximo ao centro do Village de Megeve. Não é um 5 estrelas dos mais luxuosos, mas conta com ótimos quartos e ótimo serviço.
Indico o fondue com acompanhamento de vegetais. Super diferente e delicioso!!

Expérience décevante, une chambre très mal insonorisée (conversations téléphoniques et autres bruits du voisin), pas du tout adaptée à un couple à la recherche de calme et d'intimité. Nous n'avons jamais pu nous sentir à l'aise dans cette chambre (404)
Salle de bain digne d'un studio parisien..
L'emplacement et le personnel sont toutefois de qualité.

Bonjour Ça s’est très bien passé
À part que le voiturier a récupéré ma voiture pour la placer au parking de hôtel
Et je l’ai retrouvé avec la portière abîmé
Je ai fait la remarque Que ma voiture était abîmé Ils ont rien voulu savoir

I have to agree with another reviewer who said « The shining star of this hotel is the five star service and excellent staff who cannot do enough for you […] the hotel is well placed for all activities. » . Excellent attentive service throughout the hotel and perfect central location with excellent walkability to town and lifts . However, had to take off a star for the rooms, specifically the bathrooms and other details such as the quality of the sheets & pillows which require upgrading to feel « 5-star ». Overall, would strongly recommend due to service and location, but certainly there is room for improvement regarding the standards in the bedrooms.

Worst hotel ever with no security at all, luggage has been stolen from our room.

The worst hotel. We have been stolen from there, the theft took the luggage from the rooms in front of them and they didn’t focus on that. It’s obvious that someone from the staff is dealing with the theft
