Gourmet restaurant in Megève with terrace overlooking Mont Blanc, offering an All-Vegetable menu featuring seasonal produce.

Alexandre Baule heads this Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant. Drawing his inspiration from the natural surroundings, the chef works with seasonal produce: wild sea and lake fish, crayfish from Lake Geneva, pig from the Monts du Cantal, Bresse poultry and a selection of beauforts. In late spring, the restaurant opens onto a vast terrace with views of Mont Blanc. In the Bistrot, customers meet more informally for lunch, dinner, reading or a game of chess.

Amateurs de bonnes tables, celle-ci nous a comblée. C’était l’anniversaire de mon épouse et je remercie le chef pâtissier et le personnel pour leurs gentilles attentions. Au plaisir d’un prochain dîner.

Décevant pour un 2 ETOILES . Décor froid , tables en bois style cantine et chauffage face à la table trop fort et perturbant . Plats à la carte inventifs mais saint pierre mal cuit . Le plateau de fromage placé en plein milieu de la salle avec des odeurs très fortes … service très bien , un sommelier exceptionnel et de bon conseil
