Have you always wanted to know how cheese is made? Welcome to the Paccard maturing cellars, where hundreds of cheeses produced by local farmers are processed every day to create perfect cheeses. After an explanation of the cheese-making process, you'll be taken on a tour of the cellars, where Reblochon, Tomme, Chevrotin, Abondance and Beaufort mature peacefully. Finally, it's time for the final tasting, which comes just in time to satisfy our titillated taste buds! Cheeses as good as they are beautiful.
