13th century castle with garden, with collections of furniture, earthenware, lace, weapons, costumed visit for children.
Built by Jean de Montrottier in the 13th century, this pentagonal fortress, arranged around a cylindrical keep, stands out in the landscape of the Genevois Savoyard countryside. Its Tour des Religieuses on a rocky outcrop is the oldest. The building houses remarkable collections of furniture, earthenware, lace, weapons and oriental objects, some of which can only be viewed on guided tours. Exhibitions, lectures, concerts... The garden can be visited as a playful journey, thanks to an interactive scenography. Children can enjoy a visit in costume.

Visite très interressante
Nous avons bien apprécié cette visite. Elle est à faire avec un enfant. En effet il y a de jeux pour eux : petit chevaux, couronne et épee à porter sur un trône. Possibilité pour eux de faire la visite déguisée en princesse

Un château intéressant pour une visite qui change dans cette région de montagne. Des visites guidées intéressantes qui donne accès à la salle des curiosités et la salle d'armes. La visite est un peu chère par rapport à d'autres châteaux peut-être.
