Under the Nature & Progrès label, Caroline and Noël's farm has opted for organic and ecological agriculture, which respects the balance of nature. They produce numerous Hérens cow cheeses (the only farm in the area), but also goat cheese and Hérens cow and Gascon pig meat. In summer you can share a meal in the mountain pastures, based on their farm products, and watch the herds enjoying the green landscapes. In winter you can enjoy a fondue at the alpine chalet (reservation required).

Très beau restaurant avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes des Gets en altitude, idéal pour une pause lors d’une randonnée. L’accueil est super chaleureux, les produits succulents et le rapport qualité/prix très correct. Je recommande vivement !!!

Un très bon moment passé en compagnie de Noël qui nous a partagé sa passion de l’élevage et des choses vrais, ainsi qu’une très bonne raclette, avec ses produits (raclette charcuterie salade pommes de terre) et des boissons locales sélectionnées.
Un vrai petit morceau d’authenticité que nous avons adorés partager en famille, merci Noel !
