Read moreIn winter, the Donzel family makes and sells its freshly matured products on site at the Ferme de Corbassières in the Confins valley, at a place called Le Var in La Clusaz. This mountain dairy farm in the Aravis region produces farmhouse Reblochon and Tomme all year round, using only milk from the herd. The mountain pastures of Les Boissières on the Plateau de Beauregard are used from May to October. The summer chalet also serves as a farm inn, welcoming visitors for discovery or tasting.
