Located in the heart of Mont Blanc's pearl as one likes to call Combloux's village, the Savoyard Corner enjoys an exceptional panorama. And you can understand why the terrace is being stormed when the sun is high. Ski runs and hikes open the appetite, and it is with a dissimulé pleasure that you put a foot inside this cozy chalet brimming with serenity and delicious smells. The wood-covered wooden benches act as an invitation to comfort before fondre pleasure in front of the map. The mountain gastronomy, as a gondola head, offers ginger, fondue, tartiflette, hot vacherin or even Beaufort crust, morels and yellow wine. But this Savoyard Corner makes all its know-how to surprise your taste buds with a casserole of gambas and coconut milk accompanied by agrumes aux, a duck magret with roasted figs or a square lamb of gingerbread to name but a few dishes. For these finely prepared dishes, you will sometimes need patience, but no matter where the quality is at that height. And blueberry on the cake, the expanded map of homemade ice creams and homemade desserts complete to make you succumb to temptation!

We ate in terrace facing Mont Blanc. Too bad they did not bring heatings of terrace with such as! One is quickly chilled, just like the dishes served. We took: 1 aperitif house (sparkling wine bench of Savoy and walls or other, I do not know) at €5.20. Passable. 1 grilled steak, vegetables and fried at €22 with pepper sauce to €3.50. The correct and meat was cooked as required. The vegetables were cooked and annealings, the frozen French fries and cooked and reheated sauce. 1 tartiflette at €18.50. Too many bacon, too large cut potatoes and too sweet. Not much taste. The green salad of good a priori, but the sauce made above... certainly not house or then you should they see their recipe. 2 pies with apricots and almonds in €7.50 room. Apricots acid and some good flaked almonds above without any taste and ugly, even the scoop of ice was tasteless! All of the bill without wine with two: €64.20. Too expensive for what it is.
Malheureusement assiette lamentable : peau et os bien servis, viande inexistante.
Nous frequentons assez souvent des restaurants et celui ci est à éviter.
Je pense également que le routard devrait refaire une évaluation plus réaliste sur la restauration.
Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre repas. Pourtant quand vous nous fait avez part de ce désagrément, nous avons tout de suite changé votre assiette et vous avons remis une autre portion de cochon de lait. Quand à l'assiette lamentable nous transmettrons à notre chef.
Nous sommes restaurateurs et les avis de nos clients sont très importants pour progresser. La plupart des clients nous ont indiqué qu'ils s'étaient régalés ce jour là, nous sommes donc navrés que votre expérience ait été à l'inverse des autres clients. Nous nous en excusons vraiment.
