Si le patron hausse à peine un demi sourire lorsqu’il daigne vous adresser un regard, le personnel quand à lui doit être inscrit au championnat du monde du plus désagréable … et bien évidemment les formules de politesse sont en option …
Le monopole est acquis dans la vallée donc le sens du commerce et du service a disparu depuis longtemps…. C’est d’une tristesse affligeante, je n’y vais que par obligation et j’en ressort à chaque fois plus dégoûté ????

I’ve docked one star because the trolley system is ludicrous: once you’ve paid, you need to leave the store and go back to the entrance door, park the trolley and retrieve your €1 coin and then walk all the way through the store again to leave via the exit door a second time! I see the advantage from the shop’s point of view: they get their trolleys returned to the front of the store without a staff member having to do it! Very tedious for the customer, however.
