Je donne un zéro bien mérité au monsieur de l’accueil ce soir, qui s’est montré extrêmement désagréable avec des remarques telles que : “Dépêchez-vous, il y a du monde derrière vous” ou encore “Retirez votre béret”.
Je fréquente régulièrement les casinos les plus prestigieux au monde, à Miami, New York, Monaco, et bien d’autres, où l’accueil est toujours irréprochable, chaleureux, et accompagné d’un sourire. Une expérience aussi froide et discourtoise que celle-ci, je n’en ai jamais vue ailleurs.

They only seem to open 1 Blackjack table even though there is 2 physical tables, we couldn’t even get a game even though there were 4 of us looking to play and a queue of others we didn’t know, tried 2 nights and gave up and cashed out. Even the roulette table was 3 deep on the second night and the second table doing nothing.
