It is recognized in its facade, which is a wall fresco in honor of a couple of Chamonians, and its blue shutters. Its toponymic name of "lanchers" means a mountain steep mountain corridor. There is nothing like this in the small hamlet of the Praz, five minutes walking from Chamonix by walking along the Arve, where you rediscover the mountain and conviviality by enjoying the joys of skiing and hiking. The Flégère cable car is 450 meters away. This charming family-run establishment is held by a friendly Franco-English couple, supported by a dynamic team. Inside the hotel you will enjoy comfortable and carefully furnished rooms, renovated in 2014 and some built in 2011 in the adjacent extension. If possible, one can be booked with a balcony directly on Mont Blanc. The lounge bar, but also the «après-ski» snack - sweet and hot drinks - relax in the sauna, and, of course, the Rendez-vous restaurant which offers French tradition cuisine… a good address, both simple and warm, just a few steps from Chamonix golf course.

Nestled in the heart of Chamonix, the location is unbeatable. With breathtaking views of Mont Blanc from our room, we were within walking distance of charming boutiques, cafes, and the Aiguille du Midi cable car. It was the perfect base for exploring both the town and the surrounding mountains.

The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming. From assisting with ski rentals to recommending the best local restaurants, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. Das Hotel liegt neben einer übertags relativ viel befahrenen Strasse, das stört allerdings nicht wenn man hier ist um Ausflüge zu machen. Bushaltestelle ist direkt neben dem Hotel und das Zentrum von Chamonix ist auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
