Jolie hôtel le coin salon et spa est très beau. Un peu déçu par la chambre petite et basique à côté du reste de l’hôtel.. bien situé… le personnel n’ est pas incroyable je trouves pour un hôtel comme celui ci je suis tombé dans les escaliers du spa ( c’est hyper dangereux et glissant )je l’ai signalé à la réception je ne pouvais plus poser mon pied par terre plus hématome j’ai eu juste un je le dis moi aux clients de faire attention.. une excuse un petit geste aurait été apprécié un verre au bar un petit déjeuner je ne sais pas mais 2 jours après j ai toujours mal et du mal à marcher ça a compliqué la suite de mes vacances c’était la moindre des choses je pense .. mais gardons que le positif et ses 4 étoiles c’est pour ce moment suspendu dans la jolie pièce jacuzzi avec la neige qui tombait derrière moment magique ..

Love this hotel - perfect location, great breakfast (kids will love the pancake machine!) & understanding management team. Definitely recommended!

Having amazing experience here, my hotel was in their Chalet’s and out look to the parking area with Mont-Blanc View! The facility just perfectly for families, we managed to cook for ourselves and have everything that we need in the room.
The hotel also close to the bus station and the staff helped us to get the free bus around the city (with of course a good greeting and thank you) with the tiny card. Hope this one will always work like this ????
We book the sauna for an hour ( EUR 45) and we love it, it’s amazing experience! A must try here!

Le SPA est fantastique avec sa vue incroyable sur les montagnes : jaccuzzi, hammam et sauna à volonté entre 14h et 22h. Parfait pour se relaxer après les sessions de ski !
Accueil formidable…. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier chaleureusement le jeune homme de l’accueil pour ses précieux conseils, sa gentillesse et ses attentions. Nous nous sommes sentis aussi bien qu’à la maison !
Un grand merci aussi à la femme de ménage pour sa bonne humeur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié retrouver une chambre impeccable tous les jours.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.
