Gode værelser og meget venlig betjening. Lokationen er perfekt med kort afstand til centrum men ligger alligevel i et roligt område.

Idéalement situé au centre de Chamonix, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Les appartements sont bien isolés et bien équipés. Nous avions un appartement pour 6 personnes à 4, ça n’aurait pas été agréable si nous avions été plus. Les appartement mériteraient une petite rénovation. Personnel efficace et réactif. On recommande !

I recently stayed here but made a mistake with my booking for which the company is showing nothing but greed. I made two bookings - a clear mistake…||I always use HOTELS.com however for the first booking i used VRBO. This was the first time I have used this site. | |A couple of weeks out from my dates of travel I logged onto my Hotels.com account and saw that there was no booking in place. I assumed that i had not actually completed the booking so made one then that was identical to the booking i already had but with VRBO. | |A couple of days out from my travel dates I got an email from VRBO about being ready for the trip and then I realised what I had done and cancelled the HOTELS.com trip. ||No refund was provided and subsequent follow ups have been stone walled. ||It’s incredibly disappointing to be in this position where an organisation is acting with such greed.

J'ai l'habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels 4* et j'ai été déçu par la qualité des prestations dans ce type d'hébergement : pas de gel douche, le vieillissement des installations, le manque de personnel à l'accueil dans la journée, le canapé pour les enfants même pas préparé.

Très contente d’avoir découvert la montagne en été.
Les équipements étaient super, la situation géographique idéale.
Nul besoin de louer un véhicule. Tout est à proximité.
Seul bémol : Beaucoup de poussière dans les chauffages et le canapé du salon. Ils ont dû être oubliés par le service de ménage.
Et mieux se renseigner sur la gratuité des musées. En effet, le musée des cristaux n’est pas gratuit avec la carte d’hôte. Uniquement en tarif réduit.
Malgré cela, l’accueil des réceptionnistes a été optimum.
Je recommande fortement la Ginabelle pour quelques jours de déconnexion.
