Canailles is all about sharing comfort in the spirit of a Lyonnais bouchon. Canailles is the restaurant of Iouri Becq, a "committed artisan restaurateur" who understands what we want and what today's cuisine is made from local, seasonal, responsibly farmed produce. Chef Martin Berger's menu features traditional Lyonnaise dishes - andouillette with veal strawberry from Bobosse -, traditional French trout filet with lemon beurre blanc, creative hot-smoked trout and stunning daily specials. Sincere, gourmet cuisine.

C'est bien cela. Table de terroir, petits plats délicieux, et de bon choix aussi en vin, pour un tarif très agréable pour chamonix. Je recommande cette adresse très très gourmande aussi !

Entre le bouchon lyonnais et le restaurant traditionnel, immense découverte dans le futé pour ce type de lieu à la française, cuisine maison élaborée, des saveurs sans chercher à nous en mettre plein la vue, mais plutôt, c'est les papilles qui sont flattées. Authentique, gentillesse du patron, belle carte de vin, et pour finir, un rapport qualité prix unique sur le village station.

Très chaleureux, avec un accueil et service souriant. Les plats sont délicieux, et raffinés. Excellents choix en vin. On peut en profiter sans devoir casser sa tirelire !

Enfin un restaurant qui sort des sentiers battus. On s'est régalé, et très bien accueilli. Le gérant est un passionné et a une très bonne connaissance en œnologie. La cuisine est raffinée, et délicieuse. Très bon plan rapport qualité prix.
