Canailles is all about sharing comfort in the spirit of a Lyonnais bouchon. Canailles is the restaurant of Iouri Becq, a "committed artisan restaurateur" who understands what we want and what today's cuisine is made from local, seasonal, responsibly farmed produce. Chef Martin Berger's menu features traditional Lyonnaise dishes - andouillette with veal strawberry from Bobosse -, traditional French trout filet with lemon beurre blanc, creative hot-smoked trout and stunning daily specials. Sincere, gourmet cuisine.

Nous avons diné 2 fois dans ce restaurant qui se démarque des spécialités savoyardes habituelles. Bouchon lyonnais, petite carte à l'ardoise, du frais et de très belles réussites. Ce fut notre restaurant coup de coeur aussi.

Un tout petit restaurant, à taille humaine. Peu de tables et beaucoup d’attentions au service tout comme dans l’assiette. Un vrai bouchon lyonnais à Chamonix, ce qui change des éternelles spécialités savoyardes. Bravo, ne changez rien

L’un des meilleurs moments gourmands de notre séjour. Restaurant discret par la taille et la localisation, mais quant on passe la porte, accueil très agréable, service et cuisine, au top de l’entrée au dessert. Bons conseils en vin. Du fait maison, de la qualité, bravo

Une bonne soirée, bien accueilli, et des plats frais, fait maison, produits de qualité, un pur bonheur. Un bon choix du futé parmi l'impressionnant choix de restaurant sur cette station village. Restaurant discret, mais il faut bien réserver tout de même.
