The hotel's restaurant, the M's brasserie, is a real institution in the heart of Chamonix. We will take advantage of the magnificent and large terrace, which is taken away from the rue Joseph Vallot, facing the Mont Blanc chain. It impresses with its situation and its contemporary appearance. Tranquillement in front of Mont Blanc massif - mandatory sunglasses - try a Savoyard dish for lunch accompanied by a glass of wine from Savoy. For the rest, you can take refuge in the room decorated with alpine pastures to taste among friends good brasserie dishes such as these marinières mussels served in skillet, this generous pot-au-fire to both meat and big salt of Guérande with its toasted bone bone or a famous sauerkraut. Still beautiful grills and the distinctive Savoyard specialities, pormoniers cooked in Savoy wine served with a polenta in the Beaufort, without missing the fondue (Swiss and Savoyard).
