AUBERGE DU PETIT BISTROT
Bistrot de pays located in the center of the village, bar, restaurant, tobacco shop, lodging.
When you arrive at the Auberge du Petit Bistrot, Bistrot de pays, you're struck by the number of recommendations posted on the façade, including those from the Petit Futé! Well deserved, since for over 30 years this establishment has been run by the same family, celebrating generations of culinary expertise. The lamb is organic, the spelt from the Ventoux and the dishes are delicious. On the plate, it's a waltz of freshness and terroir, with eggplant gratin, pretty crudités, famous confit veal chuck, Provencal tomatoes, mature cheeses...
