I stumbled across this place while visiting relatives in Valence and knew I had to take as much cheese as I could back to New York. Their selection was wonderful and the staff was incredibly friendly. They also placed everything sous vide for me, which ensured all of the cheese traveled very well back to the States. 5/5 experience overall.
