Artisanal ice cream chef Philomino Pisiu hails from Sardinia, where the company was founded in 1925. In the pedestrian center, he invites us to take a gourmet break with a choice of some twenty flavors of sorbets and ice creams served with a spatula and a choice of toppings. Divine ice cream with Piedmont hazelnuts. The simple strawberry sorbet is already a real treat! A trip to the South for your taste buds, creamy and delicious. Also waffles.
