Former consular palace in the center of Valencia, which is in the Art Deco style of that time.
A historic monument classified as "Remarkable Contemporary Architecture", the former consular palace, inaugurated in 1927, is located in the center of the pedestrian zone. The building's facade is decorated with undulating bands and moldings along the windows and pediment, ironwork on the railings and semi-circular balconnets. The building is in keeping with the Art Deco style of the period, as is the building that housed the Dames de France department store on rue Victor Hugo. The former consular palace is now occupied by the Folimage animation studio.
