Phat Quang, in viêtnamien, means "Buddha light". This pagoda is a place where Buddhism is practised, which is more a philosophy, a meditation, a state of mind than a religion. Buddhism attracts young people through its commitment to non-violence, its concern to consume moderate, without waste, to respect nature in its biodiversity to the smallest insect, and to choose vegetarian food. A religion of compassion, peace and tolerance that can therefore be reconciled with the Valencia Pagoda, a Buddhist cultural centre, a place for meeting, sharing and exchanging ideas.
