DOJO VALENCE
Good news for zenitude and self-control: a martial arts school has just opened in Valence in a 120m2 space, run by the Dojo Aïkido 26 association dedicated to martial arts but also to two wellness disciplines. The school is located in the Faventines district. You can get there by public transport (near the Félix Faure bus station). After an initial week's free practice, you can choose between six disciplines: do in, aikido, qi gong, taiji quan, feldenkrais and yoga. The teachers are all masters of their art, and are committed to passing on their knowledge in the right way. As for the dojo, it refers to a place where the Way(Do) is studied and originated in Buddhist temples.
