Je n'ai pas pour habitude de publier des commentaires, mais cette entreprise qui adhère au groupe SOCODA offre un professionnalisme qui fait bien défaut à d'autres enseignes. Le commercial s'est déplacé sur notre chantier suite a des résultats qui n'avaient pas donné satisfaction. Une solution commerciale a été trouvée. Service client très réactif et sérieux.

A éviter: trés mauvais SAV
Trés mauvais SAV. Vendent un vernis mat incolore pour parquet: au final le rendu est teinté cheine brillant. (voir photo) Sont dans le déni patent et dans la mauvaise foi et ne veulent pas reconnaitre le probléme, fournisseur non professionnel, autant aller chez Leroy Merlin et autres dont le suivi client est bien meilleur et les produits moins chers.
