The company has been in existence for over two centuries! Alphonse Berthier, the son of an Ardèche cutler, founded it in 1820. We appreciate this vintage boutique and the advice of true professionals. On the shelves: the Berthier collection, including the Vercors, the Drômois, the Ardéchois, the Terre-Mer, and the latest, a souvenir from the Ile de Ré. Berthier also offers Japanese kitchen knives, katanas and swords, whistling kettles and superb salt and pepper mills. And the workshop takes care of maintaining and sharpening all your blades.
