CS BEAUTE

I wanted to inform you my dissatisfaction concerning the service work out for facial that took place with CS rue Pierre Sémard Beauty in Valencia. So that the problem arrived my mom does not reproduce on another guest.

Indeed, I had a treatment in souvenir at €60. Mom is 60 years old, and a pretty capital " peau" at the base. And I had moved himself to stress the importance of this souvenir, so it spend a pleasant time.

Following the service, my dad served large red plateaus on the face the treatment. It that NEVER has problem skin!
I saw it 1 week after treatment, and its skin still take a reactions.

When it came, worries, inform of this inconvenience in the centre, answered that its " skin is sensitive and fragile". And " the treatment fruit acids has it surely décapée".

This not trade ladies to analyze grain skin of their guest and apply a beneficial treatment in function to it??

It were offered some samples of moisturizer... A little light I find to forgive a service €60 which was a épidermique catastrophe...

I disappointed. Not only by the mistake in this institute. As a treatment pickling on a sensitive skin; with result, large red plateaus on the face. I call that: An ERROR purely and simply. I went purposely in this center for 2 reasons at the base. First because there is for a long time. Being valence me, I always has it. And even if I had never been I said me that the people would have good experience... And then because it make GUINOT. And I wanted what is the best for dad.

Although the Mistake is human, I all the more disappointed that the claim made by mom on one hand, and me, e-mail (stayed without meet to date) on the other hand, the Centre CS beauty did not have elegance to offer a hydrating treatment to (instead of samples to make the pill)...

You can put very small to little at my place to understand my disappointment.
